Misunderstanding 2: Start on the accelerator

In the case of a cold car, the viscosity of the oil is large, which forces the trailer to start. This will exacerbate the wear between the moving parts of the diesel engine, which is not conducive to the extension of the service life of the diesel engine.
Four errors, the intake pipe is on ignition
If the intake pipe of the diesel generator is ignited, the ashes and hard debris generated by the combustion of materials will be sucked into the cylinder, which will easily cause the intake and exhaust valves to close improperly and damage the cylinder.
Long-term use of glow plug or flame preheater
The heater of the electric plug or flame preheater is a heating wire, which consumes a lot of power and generates heat. Long-term use will cause a large amount of battery discharge and damage in a short time, and it may also burn the heating wire.
Recommended: The continuous use time of the plug should not exceed 1 min, and the continuous use time of the flame preheater should be controlled within 30 s.
Error six, the oil is added directly to the cartridge
Adding engine oil to the cylinder can increase the temperature and pressure of the seal, which is beneficial to the cold start of the generator. However, the engine oil cannot be completely burned, it is easy to generate carbon deposits, reduce the elasticity of the piston ring, and reduce the sealing performance of the cylinder. It also accelerates the wear of cylinder liners, resulting in reduced generator power.
Error 7.Inject gasoline directly into the intake pipe
The ignition point of gasoline is lower than the ignition point of diesel, and the diesel burns in front. The gasoline is poured directly into the intake pipe, making the diesel generator rough and causing a strong knock on the cylinder. When the diesel engine is severe, the diesel engine can be reversed.
